Check-in Instructions: 

Please present a digital copy of your ticket or the ticket purchaser's full name upon arrival. Our courteous staff will escort you into an evening of splendor and romance.

Parking Info: Municipal parking avaible behind Chase Manhattan bank or metered parking on the street.  

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

For cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the event date, we offer a refund minus a processing fee ($10 per ticket for this event). Alternatively, you can take a full credit for a future event within the next 6 months. This policy allows us to manage our event preparations effectively. To request a refund, please ensure your cancellation is made at least 10 days before the event.

Non-Refundable Cancellations:

Please note that cancellations made less than 10 days before the event are non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred to another guest. Our events are carefully curated, and we start our preparation weeks in advance. Last-minute cancellations result in costs that we incur regardless of attendance. We appreciate your understanding that this policy is in place to ensure the highest quality experience!
